Possible Action to award a Contract for Street Striping for FY 18/19, to Intermountain Slurry Seal, Inc, in an amount not to exceed $31,216.28

Possible action to award a contract to Shaw Engineering for engineering designs and permitting related to the Sage Ranch Booster Pump Repair Project, in an amount not to exceed $28,170.

Possible Approval of a Contract for Legal Services Related to Water Resources to Taggart & Taggart, Ltd. in the amount not to exceed $160,000.

First Reading, Introduction Bill #275 - ZMA 2019-001

First reading, consideration, and possible action to introduce Bill #275 as an ordinance for a zoning map amendment request from Ground Breaking Development, LLC to change the zoning from RR-3T (Rural Residential, 5-Acre Minimum Parcel Size with a Mobile Home Overlay) to E-2 (2nd Estates Residential, One-Half Acre) on a site approximately ± 5.0 acres, located at 2040 Farm District Road, Fernley, NV. (APN: 021-331-05).
