5.1.

Presentation, annual update, and discussion by Nevada League of Cities

6.

STAFF REPORTS

6.1.

Possible approval of an amendment to the current contract for a Water Resource Plan (WRP) awarded to Farr West Engineering to officially document and provide policy related to the City’s ability to provide a sustainable water supply to its customers in periods of above and below average precipitation. Due to changes in scope requested by city staff, the budgeted amount of Task 8 of the original contract is requested to be increased by $14,110. The total for Task 8 will increase to $35,000, and the overall FY 18/19 & FY 19/20 will increase from $130,500 to $144,610.

RESOLUTIONS

7.1.

Discussion and possible action to adopt Resolution 2019-010, a resolution to support the Lyon County Commission to impose a tax on special fuel that consists of diesel fuel sold in Lyon County in an amount not to exceed 5 cents per gallon.

7.2.

Discussion and Possible action to approve Resolution 19-009 in support of a petition signed by concerned citizens regarding the conditions that exist along the U.S. Highway 50 Alternate corridor east of the existing roundabout in Fernley, NV.

7.3.

Discussion and Possible Direction to Staff to Modify Resolution 07-011 regarding the Rules of Procedure for City Council Meetings including but not limited to seating locations.
