Possible Action to approve the Contract for Engineering Services to Lumos and Associates in an amount not to exceed $41,000 for the East Waste Water Treatment Monitoring Well project.

2.6.

Possible approval of a contract amendment to extend the contract terms to June 30, 2020 for assistance in Planning for Surface Water Treatment Modifications to CDM Smith in an amount not to exceed $25,000 (amount previously approved by Fernley City Council on 8/15/18).

2.7.

Possible Action to Approve the Will-Serve for Blue Beacon. for 0.042 ERC’s for Water and 0 ERC’s for Sewer for Lyon County Parcel 021-061-25 located at 865 Pilot Rd Par 1-A-2, Fernley, NV.

2.8.

Possible action to approve a contract for on call inspection services and engineering support services to NCE in an amount not to exceed $20,000.

2.9.

Possible action to approve a contract with Farr West Engineering for the continued implementation and hosting of the Strategic Asset Management programs (ArcGIS Online and VueWorks) in an amount not to exceed $37,000.

Discussion and possible action to approve resolution 19-012 to accept the public improvements including roadway, water, sewer and storm drain infrastructure for the Green Valley Subdivision, Unit 5.
