Possible Action to Award two (2) Contracts for Engineering Services for the FY 19/20 PMP Maintenance Project and Annual Crack Repair, Monitoring and Maintenance Project, to: Lumos and Associates, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $107,835 and to NCE, in an amount not to exceed $17,135.
